Do not be intimidated when you think of jobs in technology. You do not have to know a lot about technology going into it. Consider this man, he knew nothing about software development when he started. Now he knows a great deal more.

Nothing to fear about technological advancement
There is always fear that comes with change, and technological changes are impacted just the same. However technology is not some great force that is eliminating all jobs from the workforce, lets look at some numbers from a study done in the UK. They found that in the past 100+ year span, there has been the decline of dangerous and hard labor intensive jobs, and a shift towards jobs that more focused on interpersonal relations and require postsecondary training/education.
