An apprenticeship is the cheapest option, whereby the training organization pays you to complete the program. The cost of the training is taken by the company that holds the apprenticeship, with the intention of having you, as a worker for a period of years after the training is completed. Training is completed in a period of 1-5 years, during which you are able to get a license or a certificate for the job that you are doing. There is also usually a pay increase with the further one is in an apprenticeship program as well
